Late check-out is based on availability. Please reach out to our front desk, and they will let you know if it is possible for a complimentary check-out until 1:00PM EST. Unrequested late check-out is between 1:00PM EST and 5:00PM EST and will be subject to an additional 50% of room rate. Departures after 5:00 PM will be subject to an additional full night’s stay.

The morning of arrival Check in notification will be emailed out; follow the steps to confirm your booking details and arrival time. Once your room is ready a notification will be sent to your email to pick up your key. (Rooms offered through the digital check-in process are on a first come, first-served basis.)

When you arrive on property, you simply need to go the Kiosk located at Upper Lobby and follow the steps provided. If we do not have a credit card on file for your reservation you will receive a notification to stop at our Guest Relations desk to provide a credit card.

Yes, WiFi is included in the daily Facilities Fee.

Minimum age required to check in is 18 with valid government issued ID.

The hotel charges a facilities fee of $40.16 inclusive of tax per room, per night, in addition to the room rate. The fee provides the following services: ROW Pass, all local, long distance, and international phone calls; premium high-speed wireless internet access for unlimited devices; an eco-friendly, collapsible 16 oz. water bottle to use at the hotel’s water filtration stations; access to the third floor fitness center; internet access and printing services in our iMac lounge.
